For the annual accounts process, I provide an 8 week turnaround guarantee, or I’ll give you a 25% discount off your fee. This is the process/conditions:

1. You send an email to me with electronic copies of your paperwork, or saying your Xero is reconciled to the end of the period.
2. I will take a quick look at what you have submitted. If you aren’t on a fixed fee agreement I will send through an estimate of the fee based on preliminary calculations, along with an engagement letter if you haven’t already signed one.
3. You e-sign the engagement letter (accepting the fee estimate).
4. You pay 50% of your fee estimate, or of your pre-agreed fixed fee before I start the work.
5. I will start the job, and send through queries sent for any remaining paperwork I need to complete the job.
6. Once you send the remaining paperwork through, I will send an email acknowledging I have received the paperwork. The 8 week guarantee starts from the acknowledgement email.
7. I will prepare draft documentation, and send these through to you for acceptance. This is the end of the 8 week process.
8. Once the drafts have been accepted or altered as necessary, I will send through finalised documentation for e-signing along with the final bill.
