Pricing

If the investment is in your own name, I will charge $250 + GST per year for your first rental to provide an income tax return. If you have more than one rental and use Xero or a tidy Excel, I charge an extra $50 + GST per year per rental.

If you own more than one rental and do not use Xero or Excel there is an additional charge of another $100 + GST per year per rental.

If the investment is part of a company or trust an extra charge of $300 + GST will apply, as financial statements and minutes will need to be prepared.

What you will get:
– Annual Financial Statements if required
– Annual income tax returns for business (and simple shareholder returns if it’s a company) prepared and filed with the IRD
– Annual company or trust compliance minutes

There is an extra charge for sending me physical paperwork instead of emailing it, which varies depending on volume.

Additional non-tax compliance can be offered too. I charge $100 + GST per entity per year for this.

For a company this will include annual filing with the Companies Office. For a trust this will include financial paperwork as requested by your lawyer, such as a balance sheet and minutes to the accounts.
